1 Definitions and Interpretation

• "Platform" — refers to the kk99c.org website together with all applications, interfaces and services provided by kk99c.
• "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the services of this Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a user on the kk99c Platform.
• "Real Money" — refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or cryptocurrency deposited into the account.
• "Bonus" — refers to any credits, cashback, or promotional incentives given by kk99c to users.
• "Wagering" — refers to the turnover requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a kk99c account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide true, accurate and current personal information during the registration process.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from using any online gambling platform.
• Not register more than one account. Only one active account is permitted per individual, IP address, device, or household.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

4 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

kk99c offers various bonuses and benefit programmes to registered users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified for each individual offer.

Welcome Bonus:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Required turnover: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000.

5 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kk99c Platform, whether on online slots, live casino, sports betting, basketball or 4D lottery, are subject to the following rules:

• The results of all games are final. No appeals will be accepted on the basis of technical claims unless there is solid evidence of a system failure that can be verified by kk99c.
• In the event of a technical fault or connection disruption during an active game session, kk99c reserves the right to use server records as the official reference for determining bet outcomes.
• Users are not permitted to use any automated software, bots or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.

6 User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users of the kk99c Platform are required to comply with the following code of conduct at all times:

• Do not share account login details with any other party.
• Do not take any action that could compromise the security, reputation or integrity of the kk99c Platform.
• Do not attempt to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the Platform system.
• Bet responsibly and within your personal financial means.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

kk99c reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• Registration by an individual under 21 years of age.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same user.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions in a manner that violates the original intent of the offer.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting kk99c customer support. Any valid real-money balance will be returned to the user once all checks are completed, provided no breach of terms has occurred.

8 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The kk99c Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied guarantee that it will operate without interruption at all times. kk99c is not responsible for:

• Financial losses arising from the user's own betting activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters or actions by authorities.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own personal security negligence.
• The accuracy or completeness of third-party information that may be displayed on the Platform.

9 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

kk99c reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please stop using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

This agreement is interpreted and governed in accordance with the relevant online gambling laws under the international licence under which this Platform operates. Any disputes will first be resolved through kk99c's internal resolution process before being referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
